  1. Return Window:
    You have a 30-day period from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted once this window has passed.

  2. Return Shipping Charges:

    • For Defective or Damaged Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • For Change of Mind Returns: If you’re returning an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

  3. Defective or Damaged Products:
    Should your item arrive with any defects or damage, please notify us within 30 days. We will guide you through the return process at no extra cost. After we assess the issue, you’ll receive either a replacement or a full refund—including the original shipping charges.

  4. Change of Mind Returns:
    If you decide not to keep your purchase, ensure it remains unused and in its original packaging, then return it within 30 days. In this case, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
